A Terrier's Tale.....

Just ordered my tickets for the Crewe game. I'm taking my 9 year old nephew Luke with me again, he's been pestering my sister non-stop since the Chester match '.....when will Auntie Ju take me the football again...'. I have told my sister to tell him that this time it will be a heck of a lot busier, with more people about, and this time we will have a seat so he won't be able to wander about like he did at the Deva Stadium!!

I have also rather cheekilly asked for Saturday 26th August off so I can attend the Forest game (told my boss that I wouldn't have the car that day - I'm going to tell him my Hubby needs it for something if they ask). The bosses know I support Town, but it doesn't do for them to know I go to the matches when I have a Saturday off. They are likely to clamp down if it looks like I'm having too many Saturdays off (of course Saturdays are our busiest days bar none), so i try to book them off discreetly. There are a few nosey members of staff who also notice if the same staff have a lot of Saturdays off, so as I say discretion is all important.

I haven't heard back from the bosses yet, so I'm hopeful to be there a week on Saturday!!
