Jacko has spoken to 22, yes 22, different clubs about players yesterday........... but still no news of any signings.

Jacko - A Frustrating Situation

Perhaps he isn't telling us the whole tale here, maybe there is a player or two lined up but he doesn't want to say anything just yet, because I refuse to believe that anyone could speak to that many football managers and get absolutely nowhere. Or is it true what I heard yesterday that he will have to sell Pav first before anyone can come in? I don't know.

Mind you, given our current predicament perhaps it's not too surprising that other players would not seem to be falling over themselves to join us. Hope that is not the case.
