Huddersfield Town 0-2 Brentford

All I can say is typical Town!! Build all our hopes up then put in distinctly average display.

Ok, if Andy Booth had put away some of the chances he had had first half we could have been 2 or 3 up - but second half a different team appeared, and we were undone by two decent goals (was nearly three as Brentford hit the post near the end). Lots of corners count for nothing if they don't amount to anything.

Jacko thinks we didn't play as well as we could have (you don't say, babe - **groan**)!!!

We have got problems, it is obvious. And if the answers given by Ken Davy to the FFA are true, then Jacko could well be gone before the start of next season unless we buck our ideas up and very soon indeed. Four or 5 places away from the play-offs (play-offs being a minimum requirement it was said before the season started) will not be enough. Furthermore, our chairman would seem to be as mystified as everyone else as to why Jacko can't get players in (I am well worried now, particularly if the money IS there).

Play-offs?? It'll take a miracle. Hopefully, Jacko will (eventually) get it right (I would hope so anyhow, because it looks like time (and KDs patience) may finally be running out).
