Its a lovely spring morning here in Crewe - sunny, fairly warm - the sort of day I wish I was heading to a match - not to be obviously. I am off today, and likewise next Saturday when I will DEFINITELY be in attendance. I'm home alone as well as Sam is working until 1/2 6 and my step-son is away working in London.

I hope Town put in a good performance today and don't ruin my day!! I'm quietly confident we will get three points - fingers crossed!

Heard Luke Beckett talk on Radio Leeds last night, he still thinks that Town aren't safe yet (which worries me), thought that if he had started more matches he would have scored at least 20 goals (something I am inclined to agree with - 4-1-4-1?? what was that about), and that the lads feel bad at letting PJ down, and letting themselves down this season, and that Jacko had done a good job seeing as where we were when he came back, but that we all had to move on. He then went on to remark that we were too big to be in League One, that we should be a Championship club. Good to hear him say that, maybe if he is given a good run he will get the goals he thinks he's capable of.
