Huddersfield Town 0-2 Blackpool

A fair result under the circumstances, they are flying high and we are playing for nothing. I'm sure the watching manager-in-waiting Andy Ritchie will have been given some food for thought - like "...what a big job I've got on my hands here...".

A goal in either half for Claus Jorgensen and Robbie Williams the difference. Town played moderately throughout, so a defeat was probably inevitable.

Chances in the first half for Jon Worthington and Frank Sinclair, and a couple of efforts by Luke Beckett in the second half nearest Town got to being on the scoresheet.

I predict a much butchered squad in the close season.
