Not a lot can really be said about this shambles. AR would have been better off playing 11 academy lads and not the full side he did - I would not have played Glennon, would have started with Eastwood me, and it was thanks to Matty G that Grimsby got 2 of their goals.
Hopeless, useless, crap, forgettable. Towns rotten run in Cups continues. Play like this against Crewe and we will be thrashed.
Michael Collins' opener cancelled out by Fenton, Toller, Rankin & Till. Paul Ogden said that Grimsby were well worth the win, their commitment could not be faulted, better in defence, better in every other area.
Andy Ritchie has major work to do before Saturday to avert certain disaster.
