Huddersfield Town 1-1 Nottingham Forest

An eventful night for Danny Cadarmarteri, and some strange refereeing by ref Miller, ended with Town settling for a share of the spoils against an in-form Forest side.

Not much goalmouth action to speak of first half - main talking points were Michael Collins going off with an injury early on, and some dubious officialdom - free kicks if Town were the offenders, nothing if Forest fouled. Danny Cadarmarteris early booking for a nothing challenge would cost Town dear later on.

Second half, and Forest made a double substitution to try to break the deadlock - only it had the opposite effect - Andy Holdsworth played in Danny Cadarmarteri, who shook off his marker to rifle a low shot past the Forest keeper. Now despite Cadders celebrating in similar fashion after his goal on Saturday referee Miller was suitably unamused, and showed him a second yellow for his trouble (spoilsport) - Town down to 10 men!

The Forest equaliser came after the referee (him again) failed to spot a foul on Ronnie Wallwork, allowing play to continue, and it was Kris Commons who beat Matt Glennon with a good shot. The referee again had his yellow card out for the goal celebration.

20 minutes for Town to hang on, and hang on they did. An excellent performance (spoiled by Mr Miller), we can be proud.
