Yeovil Town 0-2 Huddersfield Town
...and good value for that as well - could have been six if we had wanted it to be, we played that well by all accounts. Rob Page outstanding yet again (what a signing, who do I write to to nominate him for a knighthood, The Queen or Gordon Brown), marshalling the defence (bringing the best out of Nathan Clarke) and the catalyst for a third clean sheet in 7 days.
As well organised Yeovil were, we were too good for them. In front from the penalty spot after the 23rd minute, Yeovil captain Terry Skiverton handling a Robbie Williams corner - Luke Beckett doing the honours (AR did not want Phil Jevons to take it because of the pressure attached), sending the Yeovil keeper the wrong way.
The three points were wrapped up in the 51st minute, Luke Becketts precise ball finding Michael Collins, whose shot went through the keepers legs giving him his first goal in about 9 months!!
Been a while since we went 3 games without conceding a goal, and it is no coincedence that it has happened since Rob Page joined us. What a signing. Man of the match yet again, immense.
Look out Chelsea.............
