Interviews have started today, and I gather (my sources are impeccable as ever) the 4 candidates seen today were:

Chris Hutchings
Ronnie Jepson
Martin Allen
Mark Lillis

Now, if they were interviewing for an assistant (MA aside, he's my pick for the top job) you'd say that's not a bad list. However (apart from MA as I said) as a managerial shortlist (2/3 of it anyhow) it's a tad concerning. Wonder who the other two candidates are? Adams, Dowie, Davies, Shearer?? Whoever it is, Dean Hoyle says they are in no hurry and it may be a while yet before a decision is made. (Maybe they are waiting for a "Special One" to apply.............)!!
