Look, I know I heavilly favoured him last time, but if I'm being totally honest it was more as a "..quick fix.." after Jacko had departed. Since leaving Gillingham Rocket Ron has been scouting for Warnock at Crystal Palace, and while I do not doubt a single thing Neil says, I cannot see it being that popular an appointment if it was to come to pass.
Latest rumour I heard suggested if Ronnie did get the job, then Mark Lillis would be the number 2 and Chris Hutchings would become Director of Football.
Actually, reading that last paragraph back, the idea of that triumvirate is actually growing on me.......
