So where do we go from here? Martin Allen would be a good choice, tells it like it is, bit like Warnock, would be a popular choice. Likewise Mike Newell. Getting them to come to Town, regardless of money, could the hardest task though.
Chris Hutchings has been much in evidence as well at The Galpharm of late. If Graham Leslie does takeover, then it is probably a done deal. Although KD says the search starts now, I think the 12th April could go a long way to deciding the future. We wait and see.
No this isn't an April Fools Day joke, it's true. After Saturdays debacle Ken Davy has seen enough. I'm glad. Never my idea of manager, second choice all along. Players he brought in average at best (Rob Page the exception), with 17 players out of contract in the summer this has to be the right move.
(As last time, I do not buy the Mutual Consent rubbish by the way).
